This website is operated by Praline Food Co., Ltd. ("the
Company", "we", "us") under the brand Praline
Heritage. By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you
have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, which form a
binding contract between you and the Company. If you do not agree, please do
not use this website.

1. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Provide false information or place orders on behalf of others
       without authorisation
• Gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce viruses, or
       disrupt the website's operation
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data or content from
       the website
• Purchase products for resale without the Company's prior written
       permission

2. Products and Pricing

Many of our products are handmade. Colours, patterns and sizes may vary
slightly from the images on our website; such variations are not defects. For
food products, please check the ingredients and allergen information on the
label before consumption.

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT unless otherwise
stated. Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices
without prior notice, but the price that applies is the price at the time you
confirm your order.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is complete once we have received full payment and sent you
       an order confirmation email.
• Payment methods: [credit/debit card, PromptPay, etc.] through secure
       payment providers. We do not store your card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is
       out of stock, a price is displayed in error, or fraud is suspected. In
       such cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• For international deliveries, import duties, taxes and customs fees
       in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates. We are not responsible for delays
caused by couriers, customs authorities or events beyond our control. You are
responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and
recipient details.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns, except where we sent the wrong product by
mistake or the product you ordered is out of stock. Full details are set out in

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Praline Heritage name and
logo, photographs, text, packaging designs and graphics, is owned by the
Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may
not copy, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our
written permission. Sharing product images on social media for personal,
non-commercial use with credit to our brand is permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential
loss, or loss of profit, arising from the use of this website or our products.
Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that
order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be
excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or refuse service, with
immediate effect if you breach these terms, provide false information, or act
in a way that may harm the Company or other users. You may close your account
at any time by contacting us through the channels in Section 12. The provisions
on intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law survive
termination.

9. Privacy

The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our [Privacy

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any
dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be
posted on our website with its effective date. Orders already confirmed are
governed by the terms in effect on the date of the order.
